>Tracy Shalom,
As far as I remember I have never read anything by James Mountain
or even heard of him till now. In the past there were they who advocated
"The two house teaching" using both Biblical and historical arguments.
Certain low-lifes twisted this teaching for anti-Semitic purposes, the
historical arguments became out-dated and enthusiasts emphasized unreliable evidence
and confused the issue with other matters. This has given "Identity" type
beliefs a bad name.
The Bible however actually justifies Brit-Am and similar understandings
and some historical and related researches support them.
Where possible at present we recommend emphasizing Biblical proofs
and only using historical evidence etc as to show that our Scriptural evidence
is consistent with possible directions of secular research while we ourselves
actually engage in such research.

God bless you
Yair Davidiy

2. Question on the Effects of Intermarriage and Ancestry
>R' Yair,
>I have been looking at some of your material online. One obvious question
>arises, which may be treated somewhere on one of your sites or in a book:
>Let us suppose that people from the 10 shvatim [Tribes] migrated to these
>various places and that their descendants are among the nations that you
>mention. Unless they were very careful not to intermarry, the likelihood
>of their descendants being Jewish is very slim. If intermarriage is a
>problem in Jewish communities where Jewish education is not strong,
>wouldn't it be even more of a problem in groups where there is no Jewish
>So, while interesting, how would the shvatim return if they had all
>assimilated and most of them would not be Jewish? Would there be some
>phenomenon of mass conversion, or a sudden interest in Yiddishkeit
>[Judaism] on the part of these non-Jews who had Jewish ancestors?
>Your thoughts, please.
>Besurot tovot [Good Tidings], Purim Sameach [Happy Purim],
>Yosef Kaner

Yosef Shalom,
The Lost Tribes will definitely return and re-unite with Judah.
Many of them may well have intermarried but not necessarily to
such an overwhelming extent that you suppose.
In the past most people lived in villages and married only those of an
equal social station within a small radius of their place of residence. This phenomenon held quite well in most places even up unto about a hundred years ago
and it still exists and is still statistically significant.
We have also the factor of people often marrying those of similar type and
ancestry to themselves even though they come from different places.

At all events we may say that in the eyes of the Almighty there are no
"half-way" cases. One either belongs or one does not.
Or one chooses to belong. You said, "the likelihood of their descendants being Jewish is very slim". They are not Jewish (as belonging to Judah) but rather Israelite (mainly from other tribes apart from Judah) and at present not technically bound by the Law. We understand that this will change in the future but we do not know how.
It will be the task of the Messiah or at the least of a Messianic Process.
What exactly will happen in the future we do not know.
Our task is limited to the Three Rs of Brit-Am:

a. Research: Proving where descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes are today.
b. Revelation: Revealing Research findings to others especially to those
who are identifiable as "Lost Israelites" and to the Jews of "Judah".
c. Reconciliation: Working for the Recognition that the Lost Tribes and
Judah have a mutual destiny and common origin and interest and therefore
need to accept Israelite identification and the unique role of each other.

These Three Rs represent the preliminary requirements for whatever will
follow after them.

Why Should Brit-Am interest Judah?

Royal Family, Nazis & the Davidic Dynasty

Prince Philip: We were jealous of Jews

Queen Elizabeth's husband admits family had 'inhibitions about Jews,' sympathized with Nazis early on

Queen Elizabeth II’s husband, Prince Philip, broke a long silence about his family link to the Nazis, Britain’s Daily Mail reported on Monday.

In a rare interview, the prince said his family found Hitler’s plans to bring Germany at the helm of European power were “attractive” and admitted they had “inhibitions about the Jews.”

The comments were published in a book called “Royals and the Reich,” which describes the German royalty’s acquiescence to the Nazis.

The book, written by American historian Jonathan Petropoulos, includes pictures never published before. One picture from 1937 shows Prince Philip aged 16 with relatives at his sister Cecile’s funeral in dressed in SS and Brownshirt uniforms. Lord Mountbatten, his uncle, is seen wearing a German Navy hat.

Another photograph shows his sister Sophia sitting opposite Hitler at the wedding of Hermann and Emmy Groening, the Daily Mail said.

'Trains ran on time'

The 84-year-old Philip told Petropoulos about his family’s sympathy to the Nazis: “There was a great improvement in things like trains running on time and building. There was a sense of hope after the depressing chaos of the Weimar Republic.

“I can understand people latching on to be something or somebody who appeared to be appealing to their patriotism and trying to get things going. You can understand how attractive it was.”

He added that there was ‘a lot of enthusiasm for the Nazis at the time, the economy was good, we were anti-Communist and who knew what was going to happen to the regime?’

Philip said that he was never ‘conscious of anybody in the family actually expressing anti-Semitic views,’ but acknowledged that that there were ‘inhibitions about the Jews’ and ‘jealousy of their success.’

Philip was born Prince of Greece and Denmark on Corfu in 1921, the youngest of five children and the only son of Prince Andrew of Greece and Princess Alice of Battenberg.

Three of his sisters – Sophie, Cecile, and Margarita – became members of the Nazi party. All his sisters married German princes. Sophie’s husband, Prince Christoph of Hesse, became the head of the secret intelligence service in Germany under Goering.

Philip fought for the Allies in WWII and married the young princess Elizabeth in 1947. She was crowned Queen of England in 1953.

Although his sisters and brothers-in-law are now dead, he keeps in touch with his German relatives.

At least Prince Philip is an honest man about this, who didn't have to reveal it, but who is secure that he is not anti-Semitic. Jews have "inhibitions" about other Jews, and various Jews are jealous of other Jews.

Regardless, the British Royal Family is ethnically Jewish and the continuation of King David's dynasty. If anybody isn't familiar with family feuds among the Royal House of David, between Israel and Judah, etc. may they just open up the Bible and read it and see for themselves there's nothing new under the sun.

South Africa in Prophecy

Voortrekker Monument

THE VOORTREKKER MONUMENT honoring the Dutch pioneer trek from Cape Town deeper into Africa to remain true to their biblical beliefs and traditions that were often opposed by the ruling British.

After reading about the Voortrekker Monument in James Michener's historical novel, The Covenant, a novel that kindled a great desire to visit such a glorious country, I made a special pilgrimage to the site to honor our Israelite brethren's part and sacrifice in their fulfillment of biblical prophecy. God blessed me with seven wonderful weeks in South Africa in the early 90's.

The (almost) complete South Africa slideshows!

Voortrekker Monument

The Voortrekkers played an important part in Pretoria's past. The capital of the Boer republic in Transvaal was named after Andries Pretorius, the victorious leader of the Boers in the war against the Zulus. The founders of the former South African Republic were honoured by a colossal monument situated on Monument Hill, which is supposed to be a reminder of the courage, determination and persistence of the Voortrekkers.

By Ron Fraser

Since the handover of government to Nelson Mandela in May 1994, the euphoria which greeted the new president’s inauguration has soured as crime runs rampant in the major cities, the country’s health services unravel, educational standards adjust downward and the rand plummets. The vision outlined by South Africa’s new government included many promises in the areas of housing, welfare, education and employment. These promises have yet to be largely fulfilled. What does the future hold for South Africa?

Easter is pagan - Israelites repent!

Like dumb sheep to the slaughter, most of mankind continues to blindly follow pagan traditions, rather than obey God's clear commands (Mark 7:7). Has it ever occurred to those stuffing their faces with Easter ham that Jesus would puke at the thought? Neither Jesus or Peter, James or John ever ate forbidden foods. They wouldn't feel too comfortable at plenty of people's dinner tables.

Even the early Gentile converts to Jewish Christianity respected the biblical dietary laws (Acts 15:20), understanding that not all foods are sanctioned by the Creator in the Holy Scriptures (I Timothy 4:5).

When John the Baptist recognized Jesus as our Passover sacrifice, he declared: "Behold the Lamb of God" (John 1:29). He didn't say, "Here comes the Easter Bunny!" Again, like the Easter ham, the Easter rabbit is also rejected in the Bible as an abomination (Leviticus 11:6-7).

The very name of Easter exposes itself as a heathen festival, although it's cloaked as "Christian." Easter/Ishtar/Astarte is the Babylonian spring goddess our British-Israelite forefathers foolishly worshipped. Hence the fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs.

God isn't fooled by such baptized paganism, such whitewashed heathen customs (Deuteronomy 12:30). He commands us to commemorate Jesus' death every Passover and recognize His atoning work of redemption as our resurrected High Priest in Heaven, unleavening our lives of sin (I Corinthians 5:7-8).

The early Church followed Jesus' Jewish example for several hundred years until Gentile opposition (from false converts) threatened them with a death sentence if they didn't bow before Easter observances (the Quarto-Deciman controversy)!

A growing number now know, understand and believe the biblical account that we're to observe Passover and that Jesus was resurrected before sunrise Sunday, "when it was yet dark" (John 10:1). Others prefer to reject this light of understanding to remain in their traditional darkness and die in their sins (John 3:19)-- it's that serious! Because ff our nations don't repent of such idolatry and immorality we'll soon suffer national destruction, defeat and deportation! That's why this article of faith is part of our plea to diehard Catholics and Protestants to repent.

Thankfully, every generation has those chosen few who are willing to reject holidays for holy days and "earnestly contend for the faith once delivered" (Jude 3). Hopefully, this will cause you to question your beliefs and provide some "kosher" food for thought!
